Road to IPF Worlds 2024 - Gustav Hedlund

Hedlund may hold the world record total and a Sheffield title, but he has yet to claim the throne as IPF world champion.
In two weeks he will compete with fellow Sheffield 2024 competitor Carlos Petterson-Grifith, Sheffield 2023 competitor Emil Krastev, as well as international competition rookie Brandon Pitre, who has matched Hedlund's best total on the US national stage.
Claiming the world title may require a bigger total than what he put together at Sheffield, which was a 15kg personal record day for the Swede. Nonetheless, Hedlund heads to Lithuania confident that he will take the win and punch his ticket to Sheffield 2025 in the process.
