夜晚/長課完,當晚都會訓得唔好,係咪正常?有咩方法改善?
想增加跑量,但隔日跑有時都仲未攰完,影響埋表現,你係點樣練到日日都跑😂
1. 係正常,臨瞓前幾個鐘有強度嘅訓練都會導致瞓唔着,只能夠轉一大招牌或者將強度降低少少。
2. 累積返嚟㗎咋😂
