pcos in itself is not life threatening, but it is linked to higher rates of chronic diseases that may be fatal, such as higher rates of diabetes and heart disease. That is why it is so important to get diagnosed and start treating it. Also, you can have pcos without having any cysts on your ovaries. Thanks for addressing pcos, it is important to raise awareness. pcos diva has a lot of good resources for pcos
I was recently diagnosed and I loved seeing you so relaxed and talking about it! Great video, I shared with my sisters so they can get a better understanding of what was going on because I couldn’t manage to put it into words exactly!! Thanks you ❤️
Pcos is most definitely debilitating and it can affect every aspect of your life and it can be life threatening due to internal bleeding and complications that arise from cysts in some people

This is really great and I'm glad you made this. I just found out I have this and I am 23. Explains so much that I have been dealing with. Also you're really pretty!! Hard to believe you have PCOS!! lol Seems like you manage it really well :)
Thank you for your tips! Been diagnosed with pcos today actually, always had a feeling I did because of all the symptoms but it's nice to know I'm not alone ♡
Hey Gabriella. It is nice that you have decided to come out with how you have been living with PCOS. I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was married. But the doctor believes that I have been living with the problem since I was young. Living with PCOS is something very complicated. But when I started my medication in Bio tex clinic I can say that I have seen a lot of improvement. Although it still risks me to other problems like. Infertility. Endometrial cancer. Diabetes. Lipid abnormalities. Obesity. Heart disease (4 to 7 times higher). Sleep apnea. May develop anxiety and/or depression. Although some of the treatments have been helpful so far like. Healthy eating. Weight control/Weight loss. Medication & birth control are a few that are commonly prescribed. Regular exercise. Ovarian wedge resection. Laparoscopic ovarian drilling.
Wow, this facts are amazing. I have learnt some today even. The causes that were given out were so detailed. Personally I have been through PCOS. Then went for medication in Bio tex clinic. I am grateful that I got to learn some treatment that I could carry out from my house. And I thought it best to share. When the body is insulin resistant, it simply does not remember how to use carbohydrates for energy. It can only store them as fat. The Natural PCOS Diet describes in outstanding detail the most appropriate diet for PCOS. Here are a few basic tips. Balance low GI carbohydrates with adequate protein. Include phytoestrogens in your diet. Buy organic foods whenever possible. Reduce your intake of saturated fats. Limit or avoid dairy. Drink two liters of filtered water daily. Avoid additives, preservatives and food chemicals such as artificial sweeteners. Avoid caffeine and alcohol. Avoid sugar on its own and hidden in foods. Include essential fatty acids in your diet.

Any advice that can help me pleaseee Thank you for posting this helpful video by the way Hugs to you.
Hi Cheryl, So sorry that the condition makes you feel so bad. It definitely does have it's bad days but there are so many things you can do to make things better :) If you have Cystic acne, you need to simplify your skincare regime, and choose soothing products that don't aggravate the spots. Also go to your GP, as they may put you on drugs for this or products such as Roaccutane. For the pink pigmentation, which might be rosacea, have a read of my blog as I wrote a post on this. Any other questions you have, let me know :)
By Gabriella awww your so kind. Thank you so very much for your sweet helpful advice. I have to have surgery next week. I have a pro collapse uterus. And its sitting on my bladder the doctor said yesterday. So I'm having a hysterectomy. Its from having children & other past surgery's in my stomach. The Dr. Did however put me on antibiotic for bladder infection just to be safe. because I have my surgery and I can already feel some comfort believe it or not. I'm trying to change my diet and stay away from eating foods that are not healthy for you cos and I love to see you know what you eat so I can get some ideas and I want to see my skin care routine video if that's possible? I love your channel. I had to subscriber. Thank you so very much for your helpful videos. I REALLY do appreciate any advice that can better myself to be able to be a healthy person to live a long healthy life. Ty God bless.
Hey, I just wanted to let you know I also have the cystic acne aka Milia. I was ready to head to a dermatologist to remove them because if you look online there is a way to remove them. I decided to do it myself after I saw the tools the dermatologists use, we are able to buy the blackhead remover in stores. I chose to buy a kit on amazon since it also comes with a tool to poke it. I also looked into castor oil I don't have an update if it actually works with bumps, acne etc since I'm still waiting for it to be delivered. But good luck with everything I am on the same boat suddenly this past month my face has really gone downhill and I'm minimizing using chemicals and looking into natural alternatives.
Stephanie BitterDaughter :: Thats so true ! My weight is normal but my Dr keeps asking me to lose few kilos which I don’t want ! I don’t like being skinny I love my body as it is he should have tell me to EAT HEALTHY thats it !!

It's very easy to get confused and overwhelmed with all the natural and not so natural approaches for getting rid of ovarian cysts. If you want a change of pace, maybe try Tilly Strankten's website. Try googling it and see if what she explains makes sense to you too.
@@radeksikorski1 it took 23 sessions to really make a difference for me. I now go about 4 times a year. I still shave my face every 2 days but it has made to world of difference to my life. No more 5 o’clock shadow and skin is soft and hair not visible for 2 days. Much less hair too. I started after 20 years of shaving so the hair was well established.
