I am glad you identified that it’s not the voice of God telling you those things. The next thing to do is to rebuke and cast out those negative from your life instead find the word of God which is LIGHT and replace to what God says about you, meditate on that day and night. God’s word is light in the darkness and Trust me your mindset and life will change
When I start feeling that way, I just start worshipping God by saying "Father God You're worthy, You're holy, You're faithful ", over and over again. After a while the presence of God is so heavy upon me that I have forgotten about depression, anxiety, or any storms in my life.
