However he advices the two patterns be learnt so you are abreast with the new and old ways of building android apps using kotlin. @EasyTuto1

You should go for android : 1. If you want to become native android developer. 2. If you want to do cross platform with KMP. For flutter, Basic Android knowledge is enough.

Kotlin is also OOPS. It runs on JVM only. Google prefer Kotlin because it is more handy for developers and provides lots of features in comparison to Java. Jetpack compose is supported only by Kotlin. I too love Java its all time hit. But Kotlin is future for android development.❤
