I like your dlc suggestions. I'm a fan of gen 2 EMU's so 319 would be cool just to have in the game in general. I'd like to see a part 2 to this with Milton Keynes to New Street. Then all the layers added to cross city and make a real nice network in tod 4. 🤞
The Alstom depot you pictured is Three Rivers, near Burton on the XC route, but I expect we'll see Wembley depot (for the Pendolinos), Willesden (Overground), Stonebridge Park (Bakerloo), and Bletchley (WMR). For DLC I'd like to see an electric freight loco like a 90 or 92 (both could appear elsewhere), and the new Evero units feel like an obvious choice as they've modelled an IET already. Did you know also that the main building at MK Central station was used in the filming of Superman IV? It stood in for the UN headquarters
@@nwsimon ohhh darn!! That’s just what google threw at me! Thank you for the correction! No I didn’t know about the filming for Superman! That’s quite cool!
There are adding the 390 and 350 on to the Cathcart Circle Line but I don't understand why they are not adding them to The Birmingham Cross City Line where it is badly needed to stop Birmingham New Street looking like a Ghost Station (I know these will only be A.I services but still it would add To The route and would make Birmingham New Street feel more busy and realistic.)
The reason that the 350 and 390 won't layer in at launch is because the BCC timetable hasn't been designed to have these units included. It would require a new timetable (similar to Cathcart) to include these as layers. Conversely, these units will layer into CCL as the new timetable has been designed to include the 350 and 390.
I’m excited for the route but I think they should have made it go all the way to New Street, for the amount of money we are paying for a new game we should at least get a full route instead of half, and most Avanti trains that go to New Street don’t stop at Milton Keynes and go straight through, if they made it go all the way to New Street it would be more fun and enjoyable, even though it’s 50 miles extra we know they are able to make routes that long, we have seen that with Kassel Wurzburg, they did it in train simulator but why can’t they in train sim world, I understand that it takes up more space on your device but it would be more worth it for people to buy
Tsc and tsw are completely different. It's much more expensive and complicated and takes much longer to build stuff in tsw. Plus you have other things to worry about such as timetable. Kassel wurzburg is linearly straight with absolutely nothing to look at, scenery barely changes and tons of tunnels. Wcml south is much more complex
13:13 Not sure if you know but the 325 is actually a DLC for TSC, instead of Royal Mail branding it just has "Mail Express" , so it honestly has half a chance of becoming a thing in TSW.

Unlikely to layer into bml since it would require the timetable to be remade since it's not the same train. Don't think the ohle is there either but could be wrong
IIRC DTG said for the 377 it will be using the latest timetable and as per the Summer 2024 timetable all SN services go just as far as Watford, the extension out to Hemel was removed due to performance worries raised by NR. If they aren’t using the Summer 2024 timetable and but rather the Winter 2023 timetable there should still be a handful of services to Hemel.
