I'm curious to know how you removed the napkin out of the center of the earring. You mentioned using a scalpel in your notes, so I'm assuming that this is what you used? However, you didn't explain (or show, rather) HOW to use the scalpel to remove that part. I love the earrings, I just wish I knew how to remove that center part cleanly and have it look really nice and smooth.

I used scalpel to remove/cut out napkin from the center and then i used sand paper to smooth the edges! If you don't have a scalpel you can use knife also! Thanks for the question!

I see paint brush streaks. How would we do flatten streaks out for a smooth surface?

I apply only one or two coats of varnish! If you want smooth surface you should sand varnish and repeat this multiple times, then you should polish varnish and you get smooth surface! It's a lot of work! Thanks for your question! Bye
