Mind for people who dont have double sided tape, you can always get regular tape and flip a piece of the sticky side over to the non sticky side and stick it on to the non-sticky side. Its hard to explain but I hope this helps!

technically, yes. you would need to fold the tape on itself and make a loop, and it would be more chunky, but yes.
