I stopped in B/B here when I was up your way 2 year ago. Got caught speeding but met you all including Scooby. Because of a silly argument over politics and dogs Ste dropped then blocked me. Oh well, his loss. Lovely area.
I remember Rhyl from the 70s when I was a kid. We used to stay at Sunny Vale holiday camp. It was very much like Hi Di Hi as I remember. Chalets back then no caravans. Oh bring back the great times. We still love you Rhyl & Towyn that why we still come to visit you once or twice a year.
i remember going to sunnyvale in the 70s when i was a kid. we stayed in a chalet. Me & My brother & our Mum & Dad . I remembered the Club what was on site. I also remember a photographer taking photos with a monkey. he took 2 photos one with me and my dad i was sat on a childs ride outside the club. and another of my mum sat on a bench, those where the good old days. i did have the photos but i cant find them. if only i could find them it would be nice if i could get a copy.
Left Rhyl 2012 after retiring there in 2001 family matters miss the place love to see what's going on still..... thanks...

On the coast road further on to Towyn there is a speed camera and a 20mph limit on the bridge
