It’s not uncommon to drive by a home. I absolutely recommend it. I would never move into an area without seeing what the neighbors are like. I would probably do several morning evenings and weekends. Checking for parking and activity
We drive by and do that for every apartment that we move into. I just didn’t need to make an appointment with the realtor to do that. That was the point I was trying to make. I was calling her to see the inside of the place.

Yeah, I moved around a lot as a kid and you had to be ready to go see a house (or townhome in your case). I'm not sure how the market is where you live, but people be snatching up properties. If you want it, go see it. That's how it was everywhere we moved.
