Mine only took between 50-100 tranq darts
It was a level 14 because the solo server i use is on the easiest mode possible. I made it when it was my first time ever playing ark

You can also get obsidian from the whitesky peak mountain (at and around the summit), and slope of the frozen tooth mountain and the far's peak mountain!

The taming effect also effects how long it takes for a dino to eat so check it

Don't know! but my crossbow damage is 273 (with normal arrow), and torpor also depends on which part of the body we shoot!

How you get acient crossbow
By hunting alpha raptor, we can get ascendant crossbow by hunting alpha dino or by tributing the artifact of the massive (lava cave)!
