thanks for sharing this...ye sab batein janna bohoti achhi chij hai ..kyunki ...gawn(village) mai jub koi ghar banata hai ,to aise bohot log hai jo engineer ko nahi bulate..jo mistri hote hai ,usike sath baat karke ghar banwa lete hai ... to ye sab batein agar pata hoga pehle se he , to achha rehta hai ...thanks again

crack ka reason yeh hota khai kyu ki jo chatt(floor) hoti hai uspe jo hum tiles wgera ka open area mein farsh lga dete hai or jab uspe dhoop padti hai jo aapne dekha hoga kaafi crack aa jaate hai farsh mein or usi wajah se railing ko bhi dhakka lgta hai or phat jati hai iska solution yeh hai jo ye pardi(railing) ki jaati hai usko corner pe na lga kr 9 inch ya ek foot aage bnana chahiye thodi jagah jroor waste hogi par crack dekhne ko ni mile ga maine aisa hi 1-2 ghron mein krwaya hai kaafi tym ke baad bhi koi crack ni aya

sir mra ghar under construction he contractor ne jo hamara lintel jab dala to usne steel ko L shape nahi diya to ab hum railing kaise lagayenge. contractor bhi nosikhiya tha Hume baad me pata chala..ab hame lagta he ki agar hum apne lintel k end me 4 inch wall banate he railing ki tarah to kal ko halke se bhukamp se wo gir sakti he to kyon ki koi support to hoga nahi..is case me kya karna chahiye..pls reply jarur kariye

Crack jo hota hai due to composition of concrete is better than masonry plaster, due to sun exposure slab expend more than plaster so cracks develop or 2nd reason not have proper covering on bars ( sariaa)
Ye sunshade me mostly railing ko supporting and fixing ke liye use kiya jaata hai jo properly base bann jaaye like as column starter..koi bhi banda khara hota hai to railing se sahara lag kr khra hota hai and safe rahe..

Bhai sb crack ka main reason ye hai ki steel ki jo grill lagayi jati hai wo garmi ke maousam me Expand hota hai or dewar par pressure lagata hai or dewar crack hota hai...agar aap niche concrete bhi dal de tab bhi upar ka brickwork crack karega....just provide a flexible grill and cracks will be avoided.

As you are showing cracks, thay are in plaster, and at junction brick work - RCC slab dur to thermal expansion , if you make groove in plaster than these type of cracks will not occurr, it a common logic.
The information he has given is correct and very useful, he needed to also show how placing a galvanized mesh and using cement plaster mixed with crushed marble as the final finish to prevent any cracking .

Use bond coat of urp (take 1 part of urp and add one part of cement or fill with pmm(polimar modified mortar) before brick work no such cracks will develope

Same nehe hai. Roof se pani clearance ka time pehle pani niche attack karta hai. So nice jada risk hota hai continues attack karne ke bad niche he creaks ane ka chance hota hai.but niche jab concrete rahega creak ane ka chance nehe rahega.aysa mujhe lagta hai.
