      -Try to be in wudu/wuzu everytime. -Before going to sleep recite 3x ayatul kursi and 3x last 4 qul surah.
      -make dua in tahajjud prayers.
      -having wuzu will speed up the healing process.
      -Eat halal and try to give daily sadaqa to poor or orphan.

      Recite astagfar and salawat durood daily minimum of 1000 times.
      -Try to be in wudu/wuzu everytime.
      Please listen to it daily minimum of 90 minutes. Everytime you can listen from starting because it's a repeated Ruqyah in loop.
      -Before going to sleep recite 3x ayatul kursi and 3x last 4 qul surah.
      -make dua in tahajjud prayers.
      -having wuzu will speed up the healing process.
      -Eat halal and try to give daily sadaqa to poor or orphan.

    I have been struggling with anxiety, depression, panic attacks for the past 5-6yrs. I hate this feeling I hate that I don’t feel like myself, all I could think of is negative thoughts and bad things in my head..Ya Allah may you grant me shifa from this illness..Allahuma Ameen 🤲🏼

    I suffer from social anxiety. I just can't get out of my house, can’t face people. I pray to allah everyday to cure me. I don’t know what to do:(

      Make Dua for cure on a daily basis, say 20 times a day or more. Sit down and do Ruqyah on yourself by making dua and then reading the Quls, Kursi, Surah Fatiha etc and blow into your hands and then rub your hands over your body. Read the surahs again and over your body. Do this for 30 minutes or 1 hr and repeat daily. When you drive or walk to a place, make dua for shifa and read the surahs and blow over your body. Listen to Ruqyah also.

      Alhumdulliah, before I do anything or face anyone, I make dua for cure and recite various ayats and blow over myself. I repeat over again. I do this step when waiting to meet someone, walking or driving etc to a place.

      @@xenaburg2362 Listen, if it's THIS bad, then you should see a sheikh or an imam, because all these signs you just said are probably signs that theres a jinn inside of you,try to listen to ruqya, pray your 5 prayers everyday,and try to go out, hang out with someone, you family, you friends. Or try to see a sheikh/Imam. They will definitely help you
