Watching this brings back a lot of memories. I remember watching lightning storms in the distance when I was younger in Colorado. Awesome footage you caught here. So relaxing
Awesome captures Ryan. When my niece solo hiked the Colorado Trail, afternoon Thunderstorms were her biggest concern above tree line. Powerful and potentially deadly but beautiful !
Yep! Gotta be careful out there this time of year. Next to Florida, I think we get the most people struck by lightning. So you either gotta be really flat or really high in elevation:)
Honestly, it was so far off capturing this that it was a low rumble. We kinda live on a plateau, so it almost always settles down over us, so when it got close, it wasn't as intense. Still, it was awesome getting to film the approach. I'm sure for the people West of me, the thunder was insane!
I used to sit on my porch in Aurora when I was going to PT school- with your other half! - and watched storms similar to this one. Colorado definitely puts on some amazing light shows. Thanks for sharing!
Like 1 Wonderful sharing good luck 👍

Ive always loved a good storm. When a huge thunder clasp booms and I can feel it vibrate my chest...its like I can feel a little piece of Gods power!
Wow that is some incredible footage.

I almost used that word in the title!

Looks like you had some pretty potent storms 😮
It's been a crazy year for weather here. So much hail and these light shows are just nuts!

Man that's awesome you captured that on video!
It was nonstop... took the screen out the back window and just hit record over and over... one of those occasions where everything worked perfectly.
Ryan, that was awesome. Love the lightening captures. Looks like it was a banger of a storm. Was the Thunder loud?

@@JumbleTronChannel Hello Jumble, I got a few hours in before the rains came LOL👍
That's pretty neat
I'd hate to be stuck out in the forest during one of those!
Or on a peak 😬
