    The brand loyalty you guys generate is immense. You kitted out our bike before anyone else and even gave us video instructions. AMAZING!

    Just installed my slider kit, thanks again for the perfect fit and finish for all this stuff. Very reassuring.

    Looks like a great product, I hope you are going to make a slider for the water pump, it’s the single thing I most want protection for. Sliders for the clutch cover and stator would be nice as well.

      That is in fact a major vulnerability and we noticed that before starting the work on any of our parts. Protecting that component without replacing it wpould require a giant protrusion fromm that side. I have my brain juices flowing more in the direction of replacing it with a component that has the waterway moved inboard. But that will be expensive to design and make, and not many people will move on that purchase. SO I think I will wait until the possible homologation of this bike for MotoAmerica Twins Cup, at which point it will be a necessary upgrade, most likely mandated by the tech director.

      He was vacationing in Costa Rica and designing awesome products for you all while this was filmed. I promise he will still make appearances! Actually, the next 8S video will feature him so be sure to keep an eye out!

    Nice design. One question thou - at 10:38 it looks like the slider is not wider than the plastics. Shouldn't it protrude above the outline ?

      The best way to see a frontal view of the proteusion is to follow the link in the description of this video. There is a frontal photo in the product page. If you lay the bike down the way a bike crashes you will notice that the frame sliders contact before that bodywork will contact. If ypu draw an imaginary line from the side of the tire to the bottom edge of frame slider, the extension of that line clears the bodywork. Every crash is different, and if you flip the bike the frame sliders arent helping anything anyway so there is no need to have them protrude that far.

    Could you produce the same thing for Suzuki GSX s1000 2023+ please?

    Would these fit on the GSX-8r

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No not without modifying and cutting the fairings. Good news is we already have a prototype of the new ones that fit rhe R, and will be going into production real soon.

    Not for nearly $600 are they nuts, I'll shop around for something less expensive.
