I still remember when I got my periods for the first time, more than my mom my father was explaining the whole process to me and trying to calm me down by saying its a universal thing which happens to every girl on this earth.. There's nothing to worry about. Was very proud that my father had so much knowledge about this topic.. Now after getting married I realised that my husband was seriously unaware of the whole menstruation concept..
