Hi sir ,i have one important question .in tnpsc group 2 exam they asked about role of third sectors in health .I give introduction as third sectors refers to private organization who is helping central and state government to enable digital revolution in health sector .this is the intro i have written in exam and then started the roles .Could you please help me exactly to understand what i wrote in exam is correct or evaluator give zero mark to me ?plz clarify me it is my life .
