Please my own is just 2 months used, and it not connecting, it not even showing light in the airpod, but the charging case shows green, I just finished charging it this afternoon, but I don't if it charged well or not, I keep trying to connect it to you my phone but it not connecting, please what could be the problem,? What should I do, am really worried

Hello. Personally I don't have issues using this to make phone calls. Works fine, and it kinda cancels the background noise.

Mine stopped charging😢. What do i do?
It might be from the Charging connecting pins. Try cleaning the earbuds and check if the pins are still in place.

Yeah you are right. For me the earphone indicator light isn't coming on and so it definitely won't connect to start with. I think these guys are checking the stuff.

Hi. Well, I have no idea why one of the ears stopped working. But have you tried cleaning it, and removing any possible dust debris that might be inside the charging case? Try that and let me know if it turns on.

Yes, through your phone radio, connect a wired headset to serve as antenna, put on your Bluetooth headset, connect it to your phone and start listening to radio that's how I listen to radio using my Bluetooth headset and its better than listening with wires
