Dear Tom. I'm sitting here in Glasgow (Scotland) still in self isolation watching the rain clouds gather. This really brightened up my day. Thank you for your time over the last few months and for a glimpse into your world. I hope you keep posting please keep safe and well.
7:15 Holly shit, dude is smoothing gliding over the keyboard and suddenly BANG. Groove overload. Edit: after watching a half hour video like it was 5 minutes, I understand why Tom loves this dude so much. Not only a fantastic player, the guy is extremely charismatic. Hey Tom, I hope you are having as much fun making this as we are watching it. What you are doing is priceless and I can´t thank you enough. You are the best thing that came out of this shitty year. Thank you so much.
So inspiring. Okay, so I know this is going to be stuck at the bottom of the comments, but here goes. Watching and listening to Tom play has taught me one very important thing, and that is the value of playing for the song, and especially following the singers. I've noticed that when Tom is playing, he never runs through scales, he plays phrases. I haven't heard any 'bad habits.' It's really like he's having a conversation. And I think Gordon reinforces that idea, that music is not necessarily about technique, it's about feeling. I will remember his quote, 'If you're thinking about it, you're too late.' So true. Thanks, Tom. Thanks, Gordon.
Gordon seems like the most genuine person. When he was describing this "female guitarist/vocalist" I knew he was thinking of Madison Cunningham. He's absolutely right about her. 100% amazing.

I can’t wait for Gordon’s channel to start up. I believe the series will be called “ Insights “ if I remember correctly. Tom mentioned it after this episode aired. Gordon is truly a treasure as is Tom. The definition of authenticity. These guys could have an enormous amount of ego but I don’t even detect a hint. So refreshing.

I don't have enough superlatives and adjectives for these videos, man. But is no one else amazed at what he did with that iPhone???
Tom,,That was just unreal man. Gordon ,,,, Wow.... out of this world. What an amazing individual. Super special treat indeed. Thanks so much...I'm learning sooooo much at Homeskoolin 501......
Giving the glory to God. Way to go!🤘🏻
It was only at the end did iI realize my face was sore from smiling the whole time I was watching.
Thanks boys, I needed to smile right now. Music is magic.
Having found little Tommy and what he puts forth, combined with the comments to this video, is giving me faith in humanity.
I cried like a baby several times while reading the comments and rejoicing in what I had just witnessed!
Either that or I am having my period for the first time! ;)
Mr. Motes demeanor alone is like a gravitational pull of pure warmth and genuine character. You can instantly tell how special he truly is within seconds of him speaking and how it reflects upon his compositions. Thanks for introducing us Tommy the Cat. Cheers from Toronto, Ontario, Canada and keep up the great work.
There is nothing like listening to someone who shows gratitude and humility in the face of adversity and is a kind, nice respectful human. That to me is what a real hero is. Of course he is exceptional at his craft. He is exceptional at being a human being. Man, the world needs to be kind, considerate, and respectful to everyone right now. We are all blessed to be here.
Wow, just wow. What a beautiful individual. I could listen to him play and talk all day! And imagine doing this for a living - playing and hanging with such "cats" and getting paid for doing it! Damn Tom, not fair! Not fair at all!
Thanks for this one! What a treat!
Thanks guys. It's been such a supreme pleasure to sit down with musicians everyday and play, chat and sip something. It comforts my soul.
I'm in absolute awe of the talent and musicianship of the folks on this show. Gordon says it's a gift from God and it may be, but its also countless hours of work, focus, and dedication. If you want to be like Tom Bukovac when you grow up like I do, you better start practicing. I'm on track to get there in my 80's. Hopefully there are some 3 year olds watching and taking note. Thank you for this show Tom.
