There is a contradiction between Rule 114 sec.4 paragraph (a) where stated before and AFTER conviction of the first level court. So, meaning to say you can apply for bail after the promulgation of final judgment by the court? What about Rule 114 sec. 24 where stated NO BAIL AFTER FINAL JUDGMENT. can someone clarify this.
