I wish you could become more of a daedric worshipper/summoner. Like if you completed boethiah's quest you could gain the ability to summon hungers. You'd feel more like the champion of boethiah and get a cool spell as well.

What about the deadric titan it's a minion of molag bal. it can fly breath cold fire attacks dealing frost and fire damage it can also you it's large tale to whack and knockback enemies and it can use its sharp claws to shread enemies to pieces it can also you teleportation spells and you can mostly find them within coldharbour molag bals realm of oblivion during the sacrilege of the imperial battle spire Xivkyn rode these giant dragon like deadra into battle.

Lurkers also can spawn randomly at the shrines after you kill miraak, in pairs if your above a certain lvl, im around 40 and have to fight two if i go near a shrine now
The top two cast of dremoras, the spider daedra, the winged twilight, and the golden saint are all more deadly than a hungerer. And the Oblivion version of the Clanfear needs an honorable mention, speically if you summoned two of more, and at least AI wise was tied for best next to the daedroth. Only two you could rely on to actually engage enemies instead of walking in circles around the enemy. Also daedroth's size makes it really good at blocking doors.
Xivilai were frustrating to fight, not because of their own skills, but because of the infernal little Clannfear they conjure. The quick little fucker would always come after my mage, and ignore his summoned minion, and it was too quick for him to outrun, and could kill him in 2 or 3 hits, so he had to focus on it, and when he killed it, the Xivilai would just summon another.

Yeah we can talk all day about lurkers and hungers, but as an ESO veteran I can tell you that no daedra is more feared than the harvesters, lost a lot of good men to those things.
You forgot the part where Hungers are immune to all magical damage except for Damage Health and Absorb Health, at least in Morrowind making them a surprise for anyone playing that game who then realizes they can't get away with only using a single element of magic. So many people who play Morrowind fall victim to only using Frost damage, but it is better to have a Fire Damage spell (Yes, a Fire Damage spell. A number of higher level enemies are weak to fire, like Frost Atronachs and many Bloodmoon enemies), a Frost damage spell for your Dunmer and Flame Atronachs and other such enemies, and Absorb Health (or Damage Health if you're too lazy to level Mysticism, but both spells have the same base cost so you get more for your magicka with Absorb) for most Daedra, as non-elemental Daedra and Shock Atronachs are often resistant to all elements, but not pure magic damage.
Fatigue is such a weird name for stamina/energy. Fatigue is the _lack_ of stamina/energy -- being tired. Reducing fatigue would be making you less tired and more energized 😕

In Loremaster's Archive: An Interview with Haskill, it appears that Haskill was once a human "mantled" by Sheogorath a long long time ago, back when Jyggalag existed. Haskill's memory of humanity is "hazy." He is unable to be harmed by weapons and can teleport. So I wouldn't say he's a daedra, but he is without a doubt not mortal.

Creatures that absorb health, stamina, and magicka are always more dangerous than they originally seem. In Oblivion Will O' Wisps were SO hard to kill
