Tik Tok ready, yes. Production is ready, no. All the roto automation tools today are not yet ready for prime time, but they can be useful for social media effects, quick selections for color grading, or for garbage masks. Sadly, we are not quite there yet in terms of technology that can accurately track objects and create edge-perfect, production-ready masks for compositing. Tools like RunwayML, Rotobrush in AF, Magic Mask in Resolve, and CopyCat in Nuke are all good for assistance and some tasks, but for the foreseeable future, the best we can hope is assist tools, not replacement tools, for production-ready rotoscoping work.

I would recommend using the greenscreen as an Alpha Matte. If you used it as is, you end up having a 720p quality subject on your 4k background.
