Be extra careful when you ride on car lane. Singapore drivers are less willing to give way to slower vehicle.

Very happy with the Chinese substitles. Good that you did not use simplified characters for a wide audience as I like the traditional ones!

It's the tourists and outsiders generally who do the exploring and hence are better positioned to spread the good word to the ignorant locals. Richard you are a GOAT ( Greatest of all times ) for your endeavours to bring the secrets of the land to the Philistines.

If you are looking for birds, birds normally come out early morning like 6am to 8am and in the evening near 5pm to 7pm. Same goes for local otters, is around those timing.
If you need a list of birds people captured in Singapore join Nature society singapore facebook group.
Kranji to choa chu kang are the farms area. You can visit the local fresh vegetables market (well they sell imported ones too apart from their home grown vegetables) at Koh Fah Technology Farm. There is another place for great salted bake chicken at Orchidville. Around these areas there are alot of plant nurseries, you can pick up flowers and pot. Animal shelters and welfare are located area the region too, but now covid19 i am unsure if you are allowed to enter and visit.
