Hi, thx u ❤️ im from Romania and i play on Europe server. I don't use VPN. If you are from Asia, then try China server. If you try to play on Europe server, i think you'll have big ping ( lag ). Anyway, If you can , try both servers and see where is better.

How do you deal with ranged champs? I just went against a Cait and it was miserable. Everytime I went to hit a minion she just pokes me to death. And if I try using my W to sneak up on her, she just walks away 😭😑 I went behind in gold and didn't have the damage to assassinate anyone. How do you counter cait with akali?
Hi bro! I don't remember being against her until now, but she has to be treated like any ADC. At the beginning of the game you can not do much, her range is too big and it is hard to get close to her. Just try to farm, don't fight her because you're gonna lose. At level 3, you already have 3 skills and can create some opportunities to attack her. Don't try to push, just freeze the wave. Let her push and the moment she gets close to you, press W and try to make her retire. It is best to wait for level 5, then you can kill her. It's all up to you how you move and how fast you are. Like runes you can take Bone Plating. As items you can take armor boots, riftmaker if you see that you are not doing very well or if you know that you are fast and you can kill it from a few moves, you can take Infinity orb.
If you can't win at all, talk with your jungle to help you with a gank. Try to kill her. Then it'll be okay, you'll do fine.
In really hard lanes you can try going Fleet Footwork + second wind to survive until you get to 5. You assassinate people a little slower but you at least will not experience a death by thousand cuts laning phase 😔 I've been doing that recently with Lucians and I do pretty okay with it
Ideally your jungler should also take advantage of an immobile adc in mid but 🤷♀️
Yea, you're right... but i feel that i don't have enough damage with Fleet vs Adc so i prefer Electro with some HP items/armor runes and a good mobility.

Yea bro, I bought RoA because I needed a lot of Ap and HP against those ADC's. At the beginning of the game I tried to play as best I can, I did not want to make mistakes and stay behind. Stacks for RoA are done along the way, by the 12th minute they are already at their maximum. I didn't want to get to late game in that match, which is why I got RoA. In case the match was very difficult, I could survive longer. I thought of the best solution, no matter which direction the match was headed. I got RoA in case of anything.

Is better to take RoA first, u have enough time for stacks. Trust me, this item is broken. I saw many builds and players on China and Europe server with RoA. Any item is good if u know how to play with him.
Last season at the beginning, the top server players were playing with RoA. They later changed the builds.

I don't play with that item, i never used him.
Imo Rylai isn't helpful on Akali cuz 1) you're gonna be bursting people anyway, a slow is useless 9/10 times. 2) Akali doesn't use it well since she doesn't have the spells to constantly apply it. Think about Rylai's users: Zyra, Swain, Morgana, etc. They all have a way to consistently apply the slow. Akali doesn't, her q is on a short cooldown but you're heavily gated by its short range and your energy. 3) Akali doesn't need it because she has a LOT of dashes and she can stick to targets without difficulty. Also the tip of her Q already has a built in slow if you REALLY need to walk up to someone running away instead of using her multiple dashes
