When he talked about them houses costing little and worth little. What you do is fix them up and rent them out for a couple years and money from renting you can buy another with money not coming out your pockets. So let' say 3k for house and 30k to fix. You rent 1k for two years that 24k then you sell after 2 years for 51k that is 75k minus the 33k to buy and fix so you profit 42k.

Urban environment + poverty stricken + u bang bang and sling weed/rocks + some tragic shit happens that involves death or homies goin' up north that got u taking music seriously = You either become a star (or) find other legal hustles that keeps you stable (or) sadly, you've given up and don't make it out then it's either the box or the box.
