Man needs his own food truck. He's doing the job of atleast 3 cooks back there compared to most restaurants. All that work is just getting spread out. He needs to work for himself at that level of productivity.
Unfortunately the hospitality/food/restaurant business is the most worked stressed and thankless jobs out there. Over worked and underpaid, and unappreciated . After working in the food industry from diners, to school cafes, fine dining and mom and pop shops, now in my 30s I've promised myself to never go back. The toll it puts on your body and mind are irreversible. I've seen cooks stress themselves to death and to cope either do drugs or drink just to cope and wake up the next day. 10,12 14 hour shifts. Closing at midnight maybe 1 just to get up at 8 again. Never weekends always on call, no holidays. It sucks
I used to be a line cook and I’ve been out of work from a car accident since June 1st 2022. I can’t say I miss work too bad, but whenever I do I come watch your videos and I’m feel like I’m back in the kitchen. I always say to myself I should tell my boss to hire this guy. Your motions are fluent you’re very aware of your surroundings and you keep your stations pretty much clean and stocked up. Also a super plus that you do this by yourself. I know how annoying and stressful that job can be so I just wanna say keep up the good work bro
I know the feeling of doing it all by yourself. I did over 100 plates in 4 hours this morning, and I don’t have a fat fryer, only a small air fryer for hash browns.

Exactly~I frequented a place on the weekends because the food was great~~then I noticed sometimes the food was off (my thoughts was the chef is having a bad day) but it was definitely a peaks and valleys, so, I knew when the cook was not feeling it....
I got hirer as a cook at ihop, but you make this look very difficult. Im 99% sure you shouldnt be the only cook, i could never do this job by myself. I feel defeated. The pov maybe ifk is making it look intense.
