1st 2 bytes of the frame is like this.
1X XX - XXX is the data length for mult message (4095 Max Bytes)
In the video, only 2nd byte is considered as length.

Yeah.. as it has 40 bytes of data I considered only 28 in the second byte and 1st byte as 1(0)
