  • In this English lesson I'll help you learn some common English phrases that we use when talking about being busy. These aren't just different ways to say you are busy. They are the phrases you would use to talk about getting things done when you're busy. They are phrases that will help you have great English conversations while explaining to someone how busy you are.
In this free English lesson you'll learn phrases like: baby steps, every little bit counts, one step at a time, one day at a time, and many more!
I hope this video helps you learn a few more English phrases that you can use in your next conversation, email, or text message!
    Have a great day!
⌛ Remember: Always watch the video three times. Twice today with English subtitles on, and once tomorrow with the English subtitles off. This will reinforce the English you have learned!

Great phrases and tips for this busy world. Here is my two cents. When I don't feel like learning English, I always read viewers comments. They're nice and cheer me up, sometimes making me laugh. It's okay that we have to double down later. Let's make our glasses half FULL 🤗🤝🎵

I am from Colombia. I have been learning English for years, decades and I still haven't learned to speak and listen to it. Not correctly. I watch your videos recently, I like it a lot, you did a lot in a short time in your videos. It's simple, it's short, and it's smart. Congratulations and many thanks for your help.

Hi Bob, thank you for today's lesson. I have a lot of work to do everyday and sometimes I don't feel like doing them. But after writing down what I have to do today on the paper, then it is clear what I have to do today, and I can get the motivation. Then from now on, before I do some works, I am gonna write down the works that I have to do and I try to stick to that plan. Thanks!!

Hello Mr. Bob, my favorite phrase is "stick to the plan" (as you know), but I've also heard "according to the plan" is that correct? Can I use both in the same way? And I agree with you, sometimes it's a good idea to take a step back and to have a short overview about the things you have done or have yet to do, especially when you have a lot of projects to handle. Thank you for the new awesome lesson, Sir. 🏃⏳📔
