Didn't realize this when I was younger. But Chelsea is much a loyal and lovable person that anyone would be lucky to have as a friend. She cares not only about people, but animals and the Earth as well. Sure she's an airhead, but she's also smart and gifted in her own ways. That's what makes her so likable. She's one of my favorite characters on That's So Raven.
