In my country there's about 28-34 students in one class
I would assume that's the special class
Classes in jeju island are smaller since there’s less people in Jeju
It’s porobably cuz it’s an island
Koreans go there mostly for vacation
Imagine living in a beautiful chill vacation place like this how lucky
In korea 20-25 is normal in one classroom
They probably pulled together students that volunteered with a higher english proficiency.
