That's basically what I can do myself. Imagine theme park tycoon but you could unlock the disabled collisions or height limit increase by working really hard (many 5 star parks with good scenery, rides, no mess)

A tip: if you put that little door with a window or whatever and put that thing you put around the bathrooms, the guests will cross it, so you don't need to disable collisions.
