I Think I Figured Out how Lin And Gat and maybe carlos could be in saints row 4 In the mission zombie attack in saints row 3 or whatever, Oleg said he may be able to neutrilize the virus, have the zombies more controled, Maybe this is the answer. Oleg could get some zombies and do some testing and find a cure, Lin is mentioned in this mission. I think i may be on to somthing, Even if she is a zombie this could be the answer.
