Sorry, we saw your comment very late. We would in general recommend inshore fishing if you are here from May through December and offshore from January through April. However the best thing to do is to contact us before you come down and ask where the bite is hot before you decide as the inshore fishing might be incredible also in the dry season, and vica versa.
They are from all months actually. The roosters, snappers and jacks mostly from May- December and the boils were in January...
