OH MY WORD, I KNEW GEMMA WOULD LOOK AMAZING IN YOUR STYLE BUT THIS IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN I EVEN IMAGINED XDDD Tysm! These are all so glorious ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!😭 If you want a quick run-down of my lighting, I usually start with an atmospheric layer on top of the entire dragon the same colors as the background and do add or multiply depending on the scene. (Dark scene would be multiply and light scene would be add) After that I do one layer of light on add, then duplicate that layer and blur it I do the same with the shadows :> (Tip: use colors from the background as shading and lighting!) An extra tip if you want a more magical or aesthetic feel is to duplicate the blurred light layer again, this time setting it on top of both the color and the line art (or just in the background too!) It gives it the “bouncing light/reflecting” feel, and also works very well for rain water splashes! I hope this helps! :D
