Incorrect phrasing. At 1:00, these are not class variables, these are instance variables are they are defined in the constructor. A class variable should be available and same for all instances of the class. These self variables are unique for each instance.
I’ve got an interview in half an hour! Been doing Python for a year or 2 but i always forget the most simple things. This has definitely helped. I’ll come back and update how the interview went 😜
Ok I failed. Turns out they wanted a front-end dev with Python experience rather than a Python dev with a love for Notion. Never mind. Learned a lot either way.
Don't use a basic list as a queue if you're popping from the front - it's O(n) complexity, whereas a deque would be O(1) to pop from the first element.

note class names should always start with a capital letter, it's not a variable
0:34 well, that's not legal syntax for class, Camel casing is the one class Employees(inherited package):

At 2:46, I think it's better to use f-strings (a newer feature) than what you showed. Easier to read and more powerful in certain cases.
He showed it at 3:36
