i think i get why all Toma's Style Showcases is more unique and informative than others, other style showcases just tells you about their style and that's it aka, *Combo Showcases, Notes/Techs/Tips and tricks and entertaining montages of him beating his opponents with said style* are literally the best combinations that Toma's Showcase Videos have (not to mention that it takes a lot more effort too!) be at a slow but steady pace and keep doing these kinds of video dude, i can actually see the potential in you! (for real this time!!!! says the guy who's been watching since old UF4)
It's funny when I see people complain about this style being op when they never tried it and don't know how hard it is to actually Master cuz the way you should play with this style compared to other is just so much different from any other style you really have to play a mind game with your opponents and honestly the counter is balanced. Okey it have no CD when landed but when missed the CD is fairly long meaning you can pretty much rush a snake style like twice without bothering getting countered, it doesn't do a chunk of your hp but like if you take 3 or 4 consecutives counters of course it will seems like a lot of your hp is gone quickly. And the loss of heat when missed is really alot like smt like 40 or 35 heat man, that's really alot. I like using it cuz the throw is satisfying and chaining several ones is really satisfying too. Like 3 or 4. And I will never say how I hit counter so many time so people will never be prepared. Even tho baiting block then counter is an obvious way to bait with this style wich toma already talked about
@perfect-cell.ballin yeah you really gotta play mind games with your opponent with it and so when agaisnt strong players it's really hard to mix up everything, you gotta be really unpredictable
diving headbutt m2 thats far-reaching, totally controllable during the attack, with varying hit timing based on distance, in the update where m2s are able to cancel into anything when even blocked:
@@cycy8699 its not safe on block and is telegraphed, completely reactable with a side dash and its probably the 2nd worst m2 in the game for the heavy cancel bc of the high start up frames (also m2s cant cancel into anything except for m2 so idkwym they cancel into anything), and you can dash immediately after wake up completely negating "varied hit timing" all that and whats your reward for even hitting it? 4-5 percent, thats all, then youre back in neutral scramble, i take it youre not very competitive and thats fine, but m2 is not a solution
@@illgeteverythingback if youre fast enough you can cancel out of it just try it, this is THE m2 update when i say its controllable im saying you can bait people by not goin through with the m2 everytime and circling back or staying at the same spot, wasting their dodges and making your grab more effective as they have to rely on their block more and more and when i say its safe on block its cuz you can cancel out of it with a dash, or even into the counter if youre confident but you dont even need to gamble if you can react fast enough to do the s1b after dashing out of a blocked m2 and instantly punish +getting those blocked hits are actually great for snake, since blockbreaking leads to concusses, and snake's concuss "combos" (spamming m2) are very consistent due to the distance m2 can travel ig you thought i was saying you were dumb so youre firing back thinking it was hostile but im really just tryna say theres a more dynamic gameplan to a style you might mistake to be very passive and slow Just fight more snake players and you'll find some good ones that can utilize the free m2 well
This style is awesome as hell to troll exploiters and script kiddies and humiliate them, watching them recklessly hit you thinking they're invincible to only fall into your s2 is the funniest thing you can do.
I fr thought this was the reworked bandit but waterfall reversal is a huge problem rn. They should add a short cooldown than no cooldown after landing it
Tips on defeating a pro snake user: dont do your usual forward dash and m1, instead, if you know they are going to block, do an m2 to pressure them to break their block. And then when their block is low enough try to find an opening to counter them. Also dont block that much. (Baiting also helps!)
