I recently bought a Samsung A13 and the problem I have is I can't receive Premium Texts Messages
I followed your steps but the last page of permission doesn't show up
Any idea of how to fix that or maybe the phone doesn't have that option ?

Not all providers support sending of sms to premium rate numbers/shortcodes. I am with Plusnet Mobile UK and they just don't let you do it. In such cases it's not a phone issue and you can't fix it. Trouble is, the error message is just the same.....
