Considering all the mentioned factors and current trend of upsc cut off and opsc following upsc in all aspects cut off will be somewhere around 735-750.
Are aahuri kam jiba. Analysis was totally wrong as the OCS main analysis was done after comparing with Final OCS 2021 marks. In that video Manas Sir compare the marks difference in Final Result which included the Interview marks
the interesting thing is people here are posting their expected marks. How they calculated it god knows😅. This isnt prelims , this is subjective writing. You cant say you will get 5 of 10 in any ques. it depends on the examiner. And so there is no use of such videos like this. even if his Cut off prediction os somehow right, there is no use to know that cuz we dont know what our mark will be. They just make views for likes and subscribers and people fall.prey to these so called guides and gurus. What a waste of time
How can you be so rude with sir? At least he is trying to give some guidance to us helpless aspirants. I strongly condemn such negative attitude on this channel. Please take your negativity else where. Sir like a guru to me. Guru Bramha..Guru Vishnu..
I would agree with your analysis. But you did not factor in that fact that we are living in an era where the evaluators are very casual and they do not fulfill the obligations of evaluating the papers properly, because proper checking is time taking phenomenon. So what happens in such a case when the number of seats is high and there is a limited time to publish the result with less number of evaluators at your disposal, you just go on superficial reading and award a mark at your discretion. That will result in a scenario where the best content gets relatively lower mark than what it should get and the poor content gets a little higher than what it should get. That will eventually put the last quartile of the shortlisted candidates too much clumsy and then the tie breaker rule becomes king...like age, number of attempts, who has scored more in GS, Essay, etc, etc,...so eventually it degenerates into a LUCK oriented game. Even the last year also the evolution was very random and erratic and not in line with the merit of the content. Because the chairman wanted to release it before his retirement and there was limited time to deliver the things. Unfortunately, we have entered into such an era where in the name of expediency the superficial evolutions are being appropriated to make it deliverable within a definite timeline set by the commission. Another problem is that last year the 2x cadndiates to appear interview was mere customary and not a level playing field in the interview round. Because the last candidate would not have cleared interview even with interview marks like 189. Because the difference between written cutoff and interview cutoff was 190 marks. And perhaps no one had scored 190 marks in interview last year. Thank you. PS- I also feel like 750 would be the cutoff for the interview round.
I totally agree with ur view. The absurdity in checking the papers is a trademark of OPSC. Actually I have discussed the erratic marking part in the DISCLAIMER part of the video, I think u missed that part. I have discussed about the 2019 marks. Psychology: getting 275/300 ( 230+ was common). whereas in history, political science getting 190 was really though. That is one of the biggest problem with the marking pattern. Moreover, ur concern regarding less marks to good quality answers is also partially true.hence u will here this( page bhariki asa, besi besi lekha mark besi miliba). So the quality of checking in OPSC was always questionable. So it sad but true( sometimes quantity over quality), merit of content is sometimes compromised for sure. Let's hope for the best😊 And regarding 2X candidates: I have addressed that too( I guess u have missed it): I said with 750 u may get a interview call but u require around 810 for a rank.
@@MilaanB No one can say even I talked to the seniors who had cleared it,they simply daid that prediction of OPSC cutoff is a comedy. It will depend on a number of factors
