Really enjoyed your videos and channel; your channel deserves a lot more subscribers. As a part-time photographer who plays with lighting a lot, I would suggest you get a studio light (if you already have one then I would suggest move the lighting a bit closer to your body) and move a bit more closer to the camera. Not sure because I am using a 4K monitor, but most of your videos are showing a bit unfocused on my monitor.
Again, really enjoyed your quality content on data science and the industry. Look forward to the next video.

if this is the case, how would evaluate if this company or team is something you want to join?

What a thoughtful question Tianxing! When I evaluate a company/team I start with having a firm grasp of what my working style is and what my goals are. Then I write down specific questions to ask that get to the heart of those points. This moment in the interview is also a great opportunity to show how much research you've done on the company. It can be really helpful, before the interview, to talk to some employees, reach out on LinkedIn and make some connections, or follow the company and look critically at the structure and the values they promote. Ask yourself, do they fit with your values and working style? Evaluating if a company is going to be a good fit can be fun! Enjoy the process, ask thoughtful questions that will give you the answers you need to make the right choice!
