i think risu has said that she believes she has the same 'type' of voice as suisei, that is why she can so effortlessly sing it nearly identical to suisei
i must say : This is far from true when i listen ayunda singing i said : suisei voice dont fits her own song even other covers suisei did is better than this song, ayunda fits much more, and the risu song alice fits much more suisei, they changed songs for sure.

I also notice Risu here looks like she's not even giving it her 100% especially at the end, looking like she's just singing a song she knows by rote. Makes me curious to see how she would do when she's fully invested in it.
There are so MANY incredibly talented singers in Holo, and atop that mountain stands Suisei--and when Suisei herself looks at you(Risu) and goes "What the heck are you? Holy crap you are talented!!" you know you've got it. Always knew my oshi had some serious talents and potential to surprise me, never doubted that about her for a second, but even I was absolutely stunned when I heard her singing "Stellar Stellar" for the first time. Absolutely nuts!
It stuns me that Risu has never had any professional vocal training. She's said she's not that focused on singing. She's got a vocal coach, but she never had any real-deal training before this. Risu is like a Saiyan in Dragon Ball. She's got no limit. There's no roof or cap to her potential. She could, in my honest opinion, be one of the best singers that has ever lived. And I don't mean in Hololive, I mean in the ENTIRE WORLD. She's got so much versatility and power and range in her voice, but she doesn't focus on it. That lack of focus makes her one of Hololives Singing Goddesses, but not THE Hololive Singing Goddess that she COULD be. Roboco, Sora, Watame, Suisei, Mumei and Gura (they sound very similar, huh?), Risu (of course), Moona... Hell, all of the Hololive girls, I love hearing them sing... ... But if Risu actually got real about it and took serious vocal training, and learned to really use her voice... I don't know. It would be scary. She might just become a hurricane or a typhoon and blow everyone else away. Risu is not just a squirrel, she's something else.
Suisei is very good, but using one of the best in the entire world if she tried is pushing it to far. She's not young, improving to be the best would be near impossible. I would say try listen to other "untrained" singers inside and outside JPN, theres a ton of them on youtube. You would be shocked, they are younger and better. Suisei is very gifted, but her voice sound similar to other gifted Japanese girls and boys (yes both), they literally sound the same, a lot of them, maybe she could try to become the best in her own kind of voice first before trying anything else. Sorry for rumbling, i LOVE Suichan song, but you guys overrating her to much, listen to other non hololive singer pls.

Her voice seems to already be better than some champions. If you listen closely, Suisei does need to try to sing her song, while Risu seems like she isn’t even trying. Like, she’s not even breathing hard. Damn.
