Vegetable Pulao/ Vegetable Pulao In Cooker / Mixed Vegetable Pulao in Kannada

Vegetable pulao recipe is perfect for kids lunch box or it's perfect lunch box dish. Veg. Pulao recipe prepared easily within 25 to 35mit.
Ingredients
Raw Rice - 1 Glass
Carrot - 1/2 cup
Beans - 1/2 cup
Potato - 1/2 cup
Batani - 1/2 cup
Tomato - 2 (chopped)
Onion - 1 big (chopped)
coconut milk - 1/2 cup
Coriander Powder - 1tbsn
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsn
Garam masala / Biryani powder - 1/2 tbsn
Star anise - 1
Bay leaf - 1
Cardamom - 2
Oil - 3 to 4 tbsn
Ghee - 1 to 2 tbsn
Salt to taste
Lemon juice - 1/2
For Green Paste
Green chilli - 4 to 5
Peppercorns - 5 to 6
Ginger - 4 pieces
Garlic - 7 to 8
Mint - 1cup
Coriander leaves - 1cup
Cinnamon stick - 1
Cloves - 3-4
