It has become a daily practice to search for yours and others channels to see what is happening in your lives. I feel like I am living vicariously through you all and seeing how I wish I could of lived my life! Brings much joy to an old lady!!!

Hey guys. So glad y'all enjoyed the salsa. The HH stands for habanero hot. The pepper jelly is served over cream cheese with wheat thins. Those goodies have a more-ish taste. The more you eat the more you want. I loved watching ya'll open your gifts. Everyone was so thoughtful!
I've made it blended in, and, just on top of the cream cheese....you can't go wrong, and you are right, you can't stop! lol

Having an Amazon list allows subscribers to send you something you need and allows them to feel like part of the farm. Better they can select something you need or want than to send you something that can’t be used.

My husband Richard Kilman is in Barnes Jewish hospital in St Louis with covid and we would sure appreciate your prayers! He's out of ICU and off the ventilator! I usually skip over the “gifts and goodies” vlogs on TH-cam but decided to watch yours because I’m such a fan of the channel. Interestingly, I have to say, it was absolute pleasure seeing your excitement and true appreciation as a family! On many channels, I don’t see the authenticity, but rather a “going through the motions” to generate another video. This morning I’m really glad I spent the time. Stay genuine, you are wonderful people.

When you put the license plates on the buildings all gets to enjoy . I you put them in the hose we only get to enjoy when you take us inside your upstairs . Have a great day guys

I think it would be nice to get a book of some kind and record what you receive and from whom they come. It would be fun to look back even years later at all the wonderful gifts you have received. So when you open the gifts, be sure and keep the name & addresses with each gift so you can properly thank them for their loving gifts.
I love Jason's new tool belt, now maybe he won't misplace his tools, it also needs a place for his glasses!!

Could you have license plates on two different places, please. Maybe the chicken coop and the upstairs room? If you have license plates from the same state twice, you could put one on a coop and the other upstairs.
This is an AWESOME IDEA, all duplicates could go inside upstairs. So many viewers would miss NOT seeing them outside on the coops. I've seen them commenting about it in the comments.

Ya’ll I need to get yourself an Amazon affiliate program going I’d love to buy prayer flags and have it benefit you. I bought pennants last year because I couldn’t find prayer flags quick enough, and just that movement kept the deer out of my garden this year. The whole summer I did not have any deer in the garden at all and the only difference were The flags and in fact I grew more food!
I loved the chicken purse and, the Alabama Cog Hill 40 license plate!! The goat sign about keeping the gate closed is so cute! I have watched other channels open their gifts but none have been as enjoyable as yours!

Here is a name for you. The Cogcast Happy mail. As far as the plates and signs, I would love to see them just like at the other Cog Hill farm. Outside on the coups and on posts. Maybe on the wall behind you when you record the podcast. The plates and signs were a fun thing to see. Just my opinion. Loved watching today. Lots of fun

Brooke, put a block of cream cheese on a saucer and about 3 heaping tablespoons of pepper jelly on top of that. Spread some of each on Ritz crackers...yum!!!

It would be great to see a list on Amazon for you. And I love the idea of a room in your house for license plates and other things that fans give you. We love you so much.
I am part of the journal craftingl you tube family and we call it Happy Mail. Just beware that the Happy Mail flood gates are now open.
Making an Amazon wish list is awesome. It allows the gifter to order and send to your place without having to box it up and send. Also if you had to return anything its very easy.
Yes we even have stamps to put on our packages! We love happy mail! And as everyone has suggested...do the Amazon wish list of different items including some of your feeds for birds etc. Make sure you Mark multiple quantities for things you need regularly like feed, because Amazon will remove item after bought qty. I'm sure Mary Carl's birds would love more of those treats. Minerals you add to your Goats feed, etc. I know I use Amazon because of the free shipping with my Prime Membership.

I like "Christmas at Cog Hill (every month!)". That was fun! My only suggestion is that there was quite a bit of shadow over the table so some things were hard to see. It was, however, easy to see just how appreciative you all were of everything! God bless!

Everything was difficult to see w the shadow & being so far away. I'm trying to watch this on a phone & most signs I couldn't even read unless you said what they read. But this was their very 1st "20 from the 40" & I'm positive they'll get better as they go along.👍🏻

In Australia such foreign seeds would be illegal, as such can be a bio hazard, introducing new pests or plant deseases. Here customs could confiscate such, and even raise fines. Some seeds have even brought in other seeds than the ontended, as extra seeds of other plants were mixrd in.
Caution is always advisable with foreign bio materials!
I was surprised the seeds made it into the country.
It's coming soon to the USA if we don't stand up to our government in place at this time . Thankful it's ok at this time .

@@tanyajenkins919 it's nothing political. It does happen that you can get sent evasive species of seeds that can ruin an entire farm crop. That's how we ended up with some of the wild grasses that can ruin an entire pasture.
It has been Illegal in this country for decades also for exactly the same reasons as you stated. It is surprising that they actually made it through Customs. I doubt they were labeled properly by the sender or they would have been flagged. But, it was a kind gesture by her.

This is fun..one suggestion is but the boxes on a different table and then bring one forward and lay all the stuff out as you open them for us to see. Then move it off when you are done.

That was really good watching you opening the gift and all the birds coming.
I've taken care of 52 animals not counting fish and hermet crabs, in my 61 years, I have 3 cats now and I'm not going to be able to take care of anymore animals after them.
But watching the cog hill, and ima survivor sanctuary keeps me happy.
