Yes, you can use the Lowrance app to mirror your Lowrance unit.

I've gotten Ti2 can I put active Target on it and if so what do I need to do to get it thanks.

ActiveTarget transducer needs to be plugged into its own module. The module is not compatible with the Elite ti2. It is compatible with the Elite FS, HDS Carbon and HDS Live.

I'm thinking of buying the Elite FS 9, would I be able to plug the 3 in 1 and the active target into the unit at the same time ?

You can, indeed, have them plugged into the same unit. The ActiveTarget plugs directly into its own module.
