    Is the Robo Caution control by voice only? Or can we program through touch? He walks precise steps like every 15 centimeters. Thanks for the answer in advance.

    • @BMonsterLaboratory
      @BMonsterLaboratory  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Virginia! This robot is controlled primarily by voice. There is a list of commands in the instruction manual. There are some touch sensors on the body and a record button on the front that allow you to interact with it that way, but its primarily voice commands. I believe the touch sensors on the head help wake it up. Each voice command tells the robot to do a function.

    I can’t find anything online but I just got one for my kid and all it’s been doing is spinning in a continuous circle. Anytime we reset it to give it a command it stops halfway through to continue the circling. Any idea if it’s faulty or is that just what it does when it starts?

    • @BMonsterLaboratory
      @BMonsterLaboratory  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Kiruru, I just got done playing around with the one we have. When you turn it on it will begin a start up. It's best to touch the sensor on it's head or ears to get the robots attention. From there you can call out commands from the list on page 3 of the manual. To begin each new command, I believe you have to wait for the first command to finish. You should also be within 3 feet or soo from the speaker on the front of the robot and speak clearly. If the robot starts doing its own thing, you can interrupt it by tapping the sensors on the head and ears. I hope that helps. If you're still stuck, don't hesitate to ask another question! I hope it works out for ya~

    • @BMonsterLaboratory
      @BMonsterLaboratory  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi there! I don't see a language change option on the robot or in the manual, but that doesn't mean they you're out of luck. They may sell them in different languages. You can contact gilobabytoys@gmail.com and ask for a link if needed. 👍

    Hi, I send command like turn right/turn left etc, all no response, is it a faulty product? Thanks

    • @BMonsterLaboratory
      @BMonsterLaboratory  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello rongrong huang! When you first turn it on it will go through a series of actions. During this time it will be speaking or making noises and will not hear your commands. You can either wait or press the record button (big square on the chest) to reset the robot and it will be ready to take your command. Make sure the eyes are glowing when you give it a command. It is a phonetic recognition robot and any background noise may interfere with voice commands.
      I like to get its attention first by saying "hey AT" pronounced "ayyy teeee" and then i will know if it's ready for a command. Just remember to wait until one action is over before you give it a command and it should work fine. It took me a little while to get used to it so...just play around with it and I'm sure it will be fine :)
      If any of this was unclear or not helpful just let me know! Thanks for asking!
      I start giving the robot commands at 10:22 in the video for reference.
