In a previous video, they quickly obtained immunity to a deadly virus, and can quickly create technology capable of storing radiation and using it as pure energy. In this very same video we also see them become beings of pure gas, and they've shown the high levels of adaption on multiple occasions. You can literally say they're the human race but on steroids
