    As a martial artists myself, I have to say I am incredibly impressed. I trained for several years, but never felt like I deserved my black belt in any form of martial arts that I studied. This is why. Your Kema or control as some people call it is unbelievable. You’re doing all this tai chi style, which is incredibly hard. I completely understand how you are strengthening all those muscles! You are a beast man! Keep up the good work and Lord God, I hope I don’t run into you in a back alley lol

    I really like how you encourage innovation I have been training in Jeet Kune Do consistently for over 16 years and I am innovating that in itself using different techniques and things that others do not so I think you and I can relate in that and I think that you and I will be very successful in our training and our teachings since we are actually encouraging innovation and newer ways😊

    You make a seminal point about the resistance training. I keep getting into a loop about whether or not to skip resistance training and just double down on stretching and flexibility but then I seem to start loosing muscle mass and weight starts to come back on. Look at Bruce Lee he always seems to incorporate specifically designed resistance routine to augment the rest of his taining.

      Actually it’s originally called a shemaugh, it came about 3100BC in Mesopotamia and cultural appropriated by islamic arabs just to cover their faces while the set out to reuqnoc the world as they are trying to do again, that’s was why the sedasurc had started in the first place. And before islam it was called israel not palestine. No such place.

    • @Plungi_15
      @Plungi_15 22 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @The.Dude.Abides75 Wasn't it js called "Canaan" before that? The canaanites lived there before the Bani Israel came there, who, by the way, are just descendants of the man named Israel and has no connections to the Europeans living there right now. Also, culturally appropriated? That's literally just how cultures work. They change from time to time and merge with other cultures.

    Is kicking a bag gonna help in anyway.. or simple controlled kicks like you said better overall?

    • @twizack22
      @twizack22 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Kicking the bag will help increase blood flow to your legs. However, they don't quite develop the necessary strength needed for the results you want. Example: Perform a quick side kick without a bag or resistance and see how high you kicked. Then try holding your leg in a side kick position for 3 seconds or more. Chances are your quick kick was much higher than you stable kick.
      You will get much better results with controlled kicks. You're body is very smart and will protect itself from harm. When you do controlled kick is telling your body that you have the strength to kick high. This will also reduce injury.
      Good luck with your journey.

    • @BuildingPhysiques
      @BuildingPhysiques  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      The simple controlled kicks will work better. Doing slow and controlled kicks with build immense strength. Isometric holds as well.

    And you should not do static stretching before training it will fatigue your muscles and can possibly tear small muscle fibers you should only do dynamic type stretching in your Mobility exercises that is thoroughly going to warm you up and not a static hold

    Doing high kicks from a tactical perspective is not really recommended. Granted, if you have the appropriate speed and skill they can be very devastating when they connect but it's a very high risk technique and it may not always grant a high reward.
    This is why traditional martial arts don't focus on kicks that go much higher than belt level. High kicks may be good for show but it's not wise to go into an actual fight doing them...
