I've had my h2 for a while now and we're starting to get on well but I never knew I could slow it down further. This will be great for doing curved seams on bags. Thanks, keep up the good work.
Thanks for this video series. I am in South Africa and will be visiting local supplier to test H2 for sewing 6mm foam between fabric layers. Will ask for correct needle to use, thread, pressure foot setting & tension. Love that I can set a slow speed while getting to know machine. Big thank you!
hi ... i am from india i am watching your videos, i also have jack h2 cz12 machine but if i tighten the tension of the thread in it the cranking sound comes in slow speed, and if i loosen the tension it doesn't come... Does your sewing machine also have this problem? Please check and let me know...?
Hello, thanks for your uper videos. I have a little question. I have a New Jack H2... but its not possible to get P00.. only P01 till P30. What can I do? Many, many thanks and greetings from Paraguay
I believe JACK have since changed the H2 so the parameters are now going to be different. You will have to either scan the QR code to get the new parameters or refer to the list on the piece of folded paper if they still put that in there.
Hello, lately I experience some skipped stitches sewing on thicker fabrics with my h2, have changed needles and was checking timing on hook, but all seems great, do you think I'm over pushing the machine, i experience this sewing stiff binding or trying to sew 5mm foam padding between Cordura, do you think im over pushing it or it might be coming from the lesser tension on the pressure foot, thanks Alot
Hello Alexander. I suggest that you change the size of the needle if this is happening and everything else is fine. I found that if the thread does not have the space in the hole to go through without stretching it can't form the loop to make the stitch. I found that the thread gets caught up on the hole if too small and stretches so it can't form the loop on the way up like it should. Try a bigger needle.
Hi. I hope you don’t mind me asking for advice. I’ve recently got a Jack H2 and apart from everything being a bit stiff on it, it’s working well. Now, for some reason, the reverse lever has started jumping up and down when I sew forward. I’m pretty sure it stayed still when I first got it. Have you any ideas as to why this is happening? Many thanks for your time.
Hi Barbara. The reverse lever is not supposed to move when the machine is running unless you actuate it for reverse sewing. Did you get the machine new or second hand?
@@ozcommercialsewingmachines I got it new. It seemed to happen when I tried to increase the stitch length (the button is so stiff!) so I pressed the reverse lever as I’d read that can help. It actually didn’t help but I think it’s since then it’s started moving like that.
@@barbarapoole4000 Ok, thanks for the information. I would suggest that you get back in contact with the shop you got it from and get them to have a look at it for you. This is not normal for the machine to be doing this.

Yes you can but you will need to know the parameter from your manual to make the change.
I have a new version of the servo, and therefore the minimum speed is only 200 in steps of 100. I would like 100.
There should be a setting in the parameter list to show you how to achieve minimum speed 100
