7:00 About the fish water temperature and nitrates, how about putting in floating plants like water lettuce or frogbit to cover the water for shade and when they grow, it will take out nitrates? You can take the plants out and chop them up for food if you use plants that are health compatible.

What happened to Gino?
You were talking about using fiberglass tanks instead of using your mud ponds to raise catfish and goldfish, due to constant flooding in your farm. You then proceeded to construct fiberglass tanks yourself (but nowhere near the large size of your mud pond) - this does not look to be a viable alternative to your mud ponds, frankly.
Also you said that you plan to open up a centre whereby people can come to view your animals (like catfish, goldfish, chickens, birds & even amphibians) but do you think you will get enough customers coming to view your catfish & chickens & then have the appetite to choose some to cook for them to eat on or off your premises? I doubt it very very much! Are there any hygiene issues also? I think you are dreaming of something hard or impossible to achieve. Good luck!
