hey guys! today's video was filmed a while ago but i still wanted to post it for y'all. i deleted social media for a week to focus on schoolwork and here is how it went :) enjoy this little "study vlog" !

I did this a month ago and my screen time reduced from 8 hours ( I am not kidding) to 30 minutes a day. I don't even have TH-cam in my phone right now. I am currently watching this video from my laptop. Even my laptop has Distraction free TH-cam so I can only watch the videos that I search for. The only purpose I use my phone is to watch TH-cam videos. Now that my phone does not have TH-cam I use my phone only to set alarms, read message and to make phone calls.
Many of you guys should try it!!!

@@alexmax8137 Distraction free TH-cam is a chrome extension. Search for it in your chrome web store. Add it to chrome. I think you'll be able to figure out how to use it after you add it to your chrome site. ✌🏻

You can do it I believe in you!! Remember to set time aside to take care of yourself and especially get a lot of sleep! Don’t be too hard on yourself because that will only make you less confident. Good luck on your finals!
