Question - In Write through policy, suppose x = 300 is updated in cache as well as Main memory. When CPU needs x value again that time from where will CPU read x = 300? read from Cache or Main Memory?
As per of my understanding in case of Write through policy is - Reading from cache & Writing in both cache as well as Main memory.
Please correct if my understanding is wrong

Yes your are right , in case of write through policy. Cpu acces from cache only. Not from main memory but update the value in both memory
